Being able to visualise how an environment is being used is a powerful way of supporting a design strategy and presenting and demonstrating document work flow arguments to your customers. With the User Data functionality you can import 3rd party user data from programmes such as Print Assessor 6 and Safecom to be visually represented as annotations around user and output device icons.

• switch from a specific user or department view showing which devices users are printing to (by volume, paper type, colour etc) to a device centric view showing which user(s) are printing to a particular device or group of devices
