This unique feature of Asset DB - an industry first – provides you with the ability to report on user specific print habits alongside device output activity.

Being able to visualise how an environment is being used is a powerful way of supporting a design strategy and presenting and demonstrating document work-flow arguments to your customers. With the User Data functionality you can import 3rd party user data from programmes such as Print Assessor 6 and Safecom to be visually represented as annotations around user and output device icons.

Benefits of the User Data feature

• Implementations are less reliant on the assumptions of ‘who is printing what and where’
• switch from a specific user or department view showing which devices users are printing to (by volume, paper type, colour etc) to a device centric view showing which user(s) are printing to a particular device or group of devices.

Especially useful for moves, adds, changes and disposals the user data feature illustrates which users are printing to a device and therefore the consequences of any planned change.
